INTRODUCTION
Honeywell Asset performance management (APM) is a strategic approach to managing a company's most valuable assets, such as buildings, industrial assets and equipment and software. APM helps organizations monitor, assess and maintain their assets, and aims to improve their performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability. APM can help reduce downtime and the cost of ownership.
APM solutions combine software and asset management best practices, and include capabilities such as data capture, integration, visualisation and analytics.

TIMELINE
Jan 2021- June 2021
Organizational growth over time often results in the expansion of industrial facilities, consequently increasing the frequency of asset breakdowns and creating bottlenecks in the production process. These challenges lead to a reduction in overall production efficiency of an industrial plant.
OVERVIEW OF APM MOBILE EXPERIENCE
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Honeywell APM application, originally designed for desktop usage, did not seamlessly integrate into the workflow of maintenance managers. This resulted in users being disconnected from work updates while conducting their daily rounds, coordinating with plant operations and supervising maintenance procedures. How might we ensure user stays updated on real time progress of ongoing maintenance activities?
